A valve that can be substituted for JIS F 7427 (Ships and marine technology − Bronze valves). The valve is compatible not only with piping but also with sites in high pressure and high temperature (such as gauge valve) because it has a body made of FCD (Ferrum Casting Ductile) that is superior to conventional bodies in resistant properties to heat and pressure as well as durability. This valve, compliant with JIS F 7427, can be substituted for conventional JIS F 7427 valves you are currently using.
For valves having this diameter, only our company has obtained type approval from classification societies (NK, ABS, LR, etc.) (as of January 2012).
Our company is using domestic casts for the body and parts produced by domestic manufacturers or our company itself, conducting all processes from assemblage, through inspection and classification survey to shipment by ourselves, and providing “safe and trusty products made in Japan.” |

Soot Blower |
The soot blower we manufacture is for purposes of:
(i) removal of soot having adhered onto heat transfer surfaces of marine boilers, and
(ii) washing of exhaust gas economizers by water |

Efficiency of heat exchange is decreased by adherence of soot and/or dust, contained in combustion gas, onto heat transfer surfaces of sooted blowpipes (such as generating tubes, superheater tubes and water-wall tubes) in boilers. To prevent the decrease in the efficiency of heat exchange, the soot blower is provided in the boiler. Normally, the adherent soot and/or dust are blown off away by steam produced by the boiler and blasted onto the sooted blowpipes. Other than steam, compressed air or the like can be used as the jetted medium.
Our company is manufacturing various soot blowers, other than the product in the photograph.
